Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 13)

After defeating the skyscraper tall robot, I head back to the lair with the help of Max and big brother. On our way back I lose contact with our comrades and realize that the lair is being take over faster than I had realized. In order to save as many people as possible we race over as quickly as we can to join the fight. Unfortunately, we’re a little late and most of them have already been recaptured or killed. The base is no longer ours and is infested by Nazis and a blaze of fire. It is a shame really, I was just starting to get comfortable. Honestly though, I could care less about losing the base but losing my comrades is a different story. So now its rescue mission time for the captured and revenge for the dead.

HomeSick: Area 3

This area of HomeSick was a short one. It seemed easy, a basketball court, some mats, a big lifeless hallway, but then the puzzle kicked in. This area only required for the water to be turned on so a 'Magical Tree' can be born. Now do not misunderstand my name for the tree, it is a NORMAL tree. It's magical because it grew in a gymnasium from basically nothing! The tree is beautiful though, can't deny that, but it came out of nowhere. As far as turning on the water I was completely lost. I got the basic concept of the valves being used to turn it on but I thought it was for the whole place not just the sprinkler system. Either way trees grew, a nightmare happened, and I advanced to the next area.

Enjoy and thanks for watching !

Wolfenstein: The New Oder (Part 12)

After crash landing on Earth I would assume that having a nice warm welcoming would be awaiting me but NOPE. As soon as I land, the Nazis open fire on the shuttle I'm in and for all they know I could have already been dead. Even though I did die a little there was still hope of a victory in my heart, so I got up and jumped out the back of the shuttle and off a bridge. Living though one near death experience was not enough, so I searched for more as I Tarzan swung into a guarded Nazi building. After fighting my way through the levels of death I managed to get to the bottom where the King of all deadly robots awaited me.

I'm coming comrades, stay alive !

HomeSick: Area 2

This area of HomeSick was a mind bust for me. I was so excited that I had finally gotten to it until I ran into the filing cabinets. One of the cabinets held a key that was needed in order to get into a locked room where a stick was found and then used to puncture a hole in a ceiling water bubble. Unfortunately, the keys were locked up in a drawer with a 4 digit code that took me a while to figure but I got it. (Code is 00 + the number on the drawer) The filing cabinets were not the only trouble though. I forgot, or did not see, to set two light switches 'ON' in order for me to advance. In my defense they were placed in really difficult places to see them if your just walking through. After everything was set right I advanced as usual onto the next area.

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 11)

Ladies and gentlemen of the planet Earth, I have landed on the Moon !

After retrieving the files from the dead General on the train I use them to sneak onto a shuttle headed straight for the Moon. Mission One, get to Moon Base, was a success with no one questioning who I was. Mission Two was the tricky part. I had to search the entire moon base for the decryption keys, make a copy of them, and get back home safely. Now safely is not truly safe at this point. In order for me to return to Earth I had to steal a shuttle, learn how to fly it, and then crashing it on Earth. 0_0

HomeSick

Here is a very interesting puzzle game that I truly find entertaining. At first it is confusing because you are just there, in some weird place with a guy yawning, but then the beauty hits you. The graphics are a true work of art and a pleasure to look at. I have never played a game quit like this and was truly taken away once I started exploring. It does not seem to be a very large area but I will find out soon enough.

Starting off the game, it may seem like there is not much to do but then that's when it really starts. First you walk around and explore, not knowing where you are or why you are there. Then you start to find things, random things, that seem to be useless but at the same time very needed. Once you find the pieces that are needed for each area then you can resume to the "nightmare".

The "nightmare" is where the action takes place. After falling asleep you wake up into a nightmare where a darkness tries to take you and keep you from advancing to the next area. Getting to the next area is the tricky part because in order to get to it there has to be light. Do not be fooled though, like I was, because the light does not save you. It does nothing more than let you travel through the once darkened halls of the building. Standing in the light will not save you either, the darkness will take you if you stand still so be sure to leave the light switches ON.

Stay tuned for more game-play ! Enjoy and thanks for watching !

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 10)

So I want to start off by saying, WTF !? The Spindly Torque thingy is fantastic. Not only did it stop the train but it tore the whole dam bridge apart! Imagine if something like this actually existed? It could take out the center of a city if placed properly. Crazy gadget this one.

Either way, onto the mission. I need to collect some documents that a General is carrying with him. He is somewhere on the train hanging around waiting for me to retrieve them. Unfortunately, the bridge is not really in the best of conditions and walking straight across will be impossible. In order to get to him so I will have to hike and shoot my way through until I get there. Mission Impossible 22, BEGIN !!!

Bloodshot - Last Exit: DEATH !!!

In this episode of Blue Estate I make my way out of Jamaica with a guy I met the night before and we're being chasing by the whole dam island. This new friend of mine said he had a great plan to get rich. Unfortunately for me, he left out the part about it being a single plant and that we were taking it from some seriously dangerous people. At least I get to see the beauty of the island while trying not to be killed.

This is the final episode of Blue Estate. I have to say I enjoyed this game a lot and might bring it back from time to time. Maybe on a different difficulty or in Arcade Mode. But until then enjoy the video and thanks for watching !

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 9)

I finally made it on board the U-Boat by disguising myself as a torpedo. My mission is to steal the U-Boat and let my friends on board for a free ride. There are many plans for the sub but for its first use we will take it to the bottom of the ocean where we will find a very secret base. The twist about the base is that its really a Mason's storage, I think, for their fancy gadgets. After having a look around we find one of their devious creations that will be used to completely stop a train in its tracks. It is truly amazing to see the spectacular damage it can cause.

NEW Build !!!

As I have mentioned before I have plans for the Pentium G3258. I have decided to build a PC revolving around it in a smaller form factor. I will actually be using an old micro ATX Dell Dimension 3000 case that has been sitting around collecting dust. This is my first time modding a factory computer case, any case really, so I have looked around for some ideas. I looked online for computer rebuilds and was really impressed with how many talented people there are out there. As for just Dell 3000 builds go there are only about a handful of them that people have done write-ups for. So I've decided to add to the handful with rebuilding and modding my old partner. I plan to use it as sort of an HTPC but I haven't completely decided on that yet.

Here is the beginning of the build. Nothing more than the case gutted out, cut up, and with a couple of holes for cable management. Stay tuned for more.

This is a Witcher 3 montage of a few beast and bandits that stood in my way. I believe I dealt with them accordingly.

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 8)

In this part of The New Order I felt like I was in the Olympics with the amount of swimming I did. What surprised me is that it actually led me to a Nazi train yard. When arriving, my attempt to be silent fails and I end up having to shoot my way out. This was definitely one of the hardest missions I have done but I came out on top with a stolen train filled with torpedoes.

Enjoy and thanks for watching !

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 7)

In this part of The New Order I somehow become a secret agent breaking into a prison to rescue one man. I understand that this mission is important but this place just isn't right. The soldiers are torturous and mean, they have robots that are like a furnace and eat you, and worst of all they do not even know how to tat properly. Hopefully they have some sort of laser removal so I can remove it. Anyway, during this mission I get to meet the weird old Nazi lady who likes to play dirty with young boys and watch her fly over the side of a cliff. :)

Enjoy and hanks for watching !

Greatness.Over.Disappointment

Recently there has been a wonderful release of a very incredible and somewhat affordable beast of a graphics card. Just like the very well-known and extremely expensive card, the GeForce GTX Titan X, Nvidia has released its GeForce GTX 980 Ti. As most of you computer fans know the 980, when released, was the most ‘popular buy’ of the year. Right off the shelf it was an amazing and affordable graphics card that showed great potential. Until now I truly believed the 980 was the best GPU for the price, but now I have changed my mind.

The 980 sells for about $550, and less with a rebate, making it the best reason to pick one up. It's affordable and packs a big punch. The specs on the 980 are great and is a powerful addition to any build. It runs off of 4gbs of GDDR5 RAM, has 2048 CUDA cores, base clocked at 1126 MHz, and booted at 1216 MHz. The GTX 980 has 128 texture units, 64 render output units, and is juiced with a minimum of 165w. This was about 10 months ago!

After the 980 was release, the legendary Titan X was released and became a show stopper causing jaws to drop with its spectacular looks and benchmarks. Only drawback was the price costing nearly or more than $1000. The price is understandable though. It’s a powerful piece of hardware that definitely earns the ‘Legendary’ title from me. This thing has 12gbs of GDDR5 RAM, 3072 CUDA cores, base clocked at 1000 MHz, and booted at 1075 MHz. It has 192 texture units, 96 render output units, and run on 250w. This thing can make you go blind with the amount of beauty it produces. Until now.

NOW, we have Nvidia’s GTX 980 Ti and it’s a monster! This card can proudly sit next to the Legendary Titan X with its head held high. Unfortunately, I haven’t tested anything out for myself but from the reviews, benchmarks, and basically everything I have seen about it, I have fallen in love. This card is a reduced version of the Titan X, falling slightly short on a few specs, but produces just as much beauty. Plus it’s about $400 LESS. It runs off of 6gbs of GDDR5 RAM, has 2816 CUDA cores, base clocked at 1000 MHz, and booted at 1075 MHz. It has 176 texture units, 96 render output units, and runs on 250w. In my opinion, numbers like these should range to at least $800 but it can be bought for $650 or less, depending on where you get it from.

It’s crazy to me how far these GPUs have come in such a short time and I can’t decide whether to get one of them now or wait another two years for something better. Not enough time has gone by where these GPUs can actually gain credit for their abilities. Either way it’s definitely exciting to see what will come next and how long it take.

So if you had to choose one of the three G.O.D cards that Nvidia has released in the past 12 months, which would you rather have? The amazing GTX 980, the GTX beast 980ti, or the Legendary Titan X?

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 6)

In this part of The New Order I finally find where they are hiding the helicopters. The resistance needs them in order to begin their take back of London, but there is a problem. I have to make my way through a crap ton of foot soldiers, two big a** robots, and then one giant a** robot that likes to hop around like a rabbit holding a laser gun. I had to find some sort of plan in order to beat the stage so I decided running around was a great plan. :D After being successful is mission 'Obtain Choppers', a new plan arises and it isn't a pleasant one.

Enjoy the video and thanks for watching !

Wolfenstein: The New Order (Part 5)

In this part of The New Order I finally make it out of the prison where I saved my old comrade. We escape to an underground hideout, that I like to call the 'Resistance Lair', and I meet another old comrade. She has a crazy tale of her last couple of years and I have say, she been through just as much as I have and maybe more. Either way it was a great reunion. Once I have settled in a bit we all discuss a plan to steal a couple of helicopters and plan to use it against the Nazi army to take back London. This is just the beginning of my mission to stealing the war choppers so stay tuned.

Enjoy and thanks for watching !
